Do you have this item in another size, style or color?
Gotham City Online sells thousands of pairs of shoes each week and our inventory is constantly changing. In fact, our shoes sell so quickly that we often have only a few sizes available in a particular style. For your convenience you can search our current eBay inventory by size, style or color using the search box located to the right of the item photographs.
For a complete list of shoes for sale you can visit our website and use our advanced search tool. You can also fill out a Wish List and we'll notify you when the shoes you are looking for are in-stock.
Do you have more size or measurement information?
All the available size and measurement information is displayed with the item listing and all measurements are +/- one-inch. We list all the manufacturer's information and we also take our own measurements for things like heel height or boot shaft height. Since all shoes are securely packed and prepared for shipping once listed (at our prices the shoes don't stay around very long) we are unfortunately not able to take additional measurements for you. Fortunately our generous return policy allows you to return any items that you do not love.
What condition are the shoes you sell?
Gotham City Online sells ONLY BRAND NEW, FIRST QUALITY merchandise purchased directly from manufacturers, retailers and designers. We DO NOT SELL irregular or refurbished items. All shoes are unworn and shipped in shoe boxes. We are very meticulous about our shoes and for the benefit of our customers we grade our shoes into 3 condition categories. The condition grade (explained below) is listed in the details of each item description. Our condition grades are:
- New in Original Box- Stylish shoes in perfect condition...at a truly gorgeous price! Would make a great gift.
- New in Box- Same great shoes as above, shipped in a stylish, white Gotham City Online shoe box!
- New/Clearance - New shoes with some minor imperfections due to storage or handling. They could use a polish to really shine.
- New/Store Display - Similar to our clearance shoes and in need of some love...or maybe just a day of beauty with a cobbler.

Oops! How do I cancel my bid?
To cancel your bid BEFORE the auction has ended, please visit eBay's Bid Retraction page.
To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It Now has ended you will need to contact Gotham City Online. Since eBay charges Gotham City Online fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. The eBay "unpaid item" notification can negatively impact your account with eBay so we do allow customers to reimburse us directly for our listing fees (approximately $5 per item), in which case we will NOT contact eBay.
Please note that Gotham City Online expects ALL customers to complete checkout and pay for any items they purchase on eBay. Thank you for your cooperation.
I don't see a Buy It Now option, how do I purchase the item?
Once 1 customer places a bid on an item eBay will remove the Buy It Now option for all customers. So if you see shoes you really want and the Buy It Now option is still available, be sure to act quickly!

If an item didn't sell at auction, how do I purchase it?
Gotham City Online lists thousands of shoes a week on eBay. When a pair of shoes does not sell it is usually relisted within a few days. For your convenience you can easily find shoes using the search form on our item listings or the Gotham City Online eBay Store.

How do I pay for my eBay purchases?
If you are the winning bidder on an auction or have purchased an item with Buy It Now, please click on the Checkout button located on the banner in the item description to complete Gotham City Online's checkout. During checkout you can securely pay for your purchase.
How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchases?
We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. If you are bidding on multiple auctions to save on combined shipping, the auctions must end within 5 days of each other or they should be checked-out separately.
Why does PayPal say "Seller does not accept instant payments"?
PayPal helps large sellers, like Gotham City Online, carefully match payments to orders to enusre that all payments are properly processed. This allows Gotham City Online to confirm your payment and ship your order quickly. As a result you must complete our checkout before sending a PayPal payment.

Can I send you a PayPal payment without using your checkout?
No, it will delay your order. Gotham City Online checkout only takes a few minutes and allows you to:

If you have taken advantage of our generous return policy or received a $10 Tell A Friend credit from Gotham City Online, then your Gotham City Online account will have a merchandise credit balance. Your merchandise credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase during checkout on our website.
How do I pay if I've already completed checkout?
If you have completed Gotham City Online's checkout and still need to pay for your purchase, please visit your My Account page for detailed information on sending us payment.
What is the total amount I owe for my eBay purchases?
The total due is the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of shipping. Your total will be automatically calculated during our online checkout.
Domestic/USA customers do not pay sales tax. Auction item shipping and handling rates are displayed on each item listing.
For Canadian and International customers we offer economical shipping via UPS, please see the item listing for actual rates. Duties and taxes will be collected during checkout for Canadian customers, however for International customers, they must be paid by the buyer upon delivery (COD).

Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping?
Yes! If you purchase multiple items you may automatically combine any unpaid items into one order during checkout. Once combined into 1 order, items must be paid for together. We do request you checkout all items within within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. Please note that once combined, items may not be removed from orders and payment must be made for the entire order.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping rates are posted with each item listing. To help save our customers money, Gotham City Online offers shipping discounts up to 50% when you purchase more than 1 item.

If you need your order sooner, we do offer domestic 3-5 day Premium Ground delivery and 2 Day Air delivery for only $1.99 to $5.99 more.  Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Standard (Ground) with tracking and insurance. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are collected by Gotham City during our secure checkout to save customers the cost of larger C.O.D. clearance fees. Duties are calculated as approximately 20% of the value of the price paid, excluding shipping and handling, for ALL items. We are not able to waive duties on items valued at less than $20. Why isn't my item ready for checkout?
Once an auction ends or an item is purchased with Buy It Now, our systems need to collect the customer information from eBay. This process can take up to a few hours during which time the item will not be ready for checkout. Once the item IS ready for checkout, we will email the buyer with a custom link to our quick and secure checkout.
I forgot my password! How do I get it?
If you are a returning Gotham City Online customer you may have created a password during our secure checkout.
If you can't remember your password, we'll be happy to send it to you.

Why does your checkout say my email address is not correct?
When an item is purchased on eBay, the user ID of the buyer/winner is recorded by eBay. Gotham City Online is then contacted by eBay with the details on the transaction, including the buyer's email address. For security purposes Gotham City Online requires the buyer to enter the winning buyer's email address during checkout. If the email address entered does not match the email address on file with eBay, then you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Can you mark my international shipment as a gift?
No. We wish we could BUT by law we are required to ship all our packages as commercial shipments. We prefer UPS for our Canadian and International shipments because all shipments include tracking and insurance.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Our shoes sell so quickly that we frequently sell-out of a style and are therefore not able to offer even exchanges for a different size, color, or style. I'm trying to return an item, what is my "stocknumber"?
Every pair of shoes we sell has a small sticker with a number and a barcode on it. That number is usually on the outside of the shoe box or on the bottom of the sole. That number is the "stocknumber" of the item you have purchased and must be entered into our system when requesting a return.
