 3-10 Day Domestic Residential Ground. No matter where in the country you live, you can shop at Gotham City Online! Customers who cannot receive UPS or FedEx shipments may select US Post Office delivery (a shipping and insurance surcharge may apply). USPS delivery is REQUIRED for the following addresses: APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
2-Day Domestic Air.
When you need your order FAST, choose 2-Day Air delivery via UPS or FedEx. This service delivers on Monday to Friday only (excludes weekends) and includes up to $500 in insurance. Please note that 2-Day Air is only available to UPS and FedEx approved addresses - see Residential Ground section above for details. Please note the 2-day transit time applies once your package leaves our warehouse.
 Canadian Shipping. All packages to Canadian customers are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail or UPS International for prompt, reliable delivery and include FREE tracking and $100 insurance to ALL Canadian address - including Post Office Boxes. Shipping rates (excluding duties, fees, etc.) are posted with every item and multiple item discounts do apply.
Duties, taxes and fees are not collected by Gotham City Onlnie and may be due to Canadian customs at or prior to delivery.
 International Shipping.
Gotham City Online ships worldwide. All packages are shipped via UPS Air or USPS Global Prioiry Mail for fast, reliable delivery and include FREE tracking and $500 insurance. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, fees and observance of local customs restrictions. Rates are posted with every item and multiple item discounts do apply. We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes.
Lost Packages.
For your benefit, we ship exclusively through nationally recognized parcel carriers. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Please note that claims apply only to insured packages. Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly. Our claim limit is currently $100 per order.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages. Additional postage to cover the cost of the initial shipment, any duties or taxes and return shipping fees will be due for Gotham City Online to resend any packages that are returned to us by the carrier. We encourage customers to carefully review their address information during checkout and in any emails received to ensure the proper delivery of all packages. If a customer refuses to pay any duties, taxes and/or any fees on a shipment OR customs is not able to successfully contact the customer, the shipment may be abandoned with the carrier and no refunds will be issued. In the event a refused package is returned to Gotham City Online in original condition, a refund will be issued less shipping, return shipping and a 15% processing fee.
