Q: How do I use a merchandise credit?
A: Any available credits you have will automatically be applied to your next order with us during checkout on the Gotham City Online website. Credits are matched to email addresses, so please remember to login using the same email address that your credit was issued under. Please note that credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. |

Q: Where should I send my payment?
A: After you complete our checkout, we will be happy to take your money order payment. Please mail your money order payment in US dollars to the address below and be sure to write your order number or item number on your payment so that we can identify it once it arrives. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.

A: It is easy to verify whether or not we have received your payment! In your Gotham City Online My Account page, if you see a date listed next to your order under the Paid column, this means that we have received your payment and are processing your order for shipment. |

Q: Has my order been shipped?
A: You can view your order history, current status, and obtain your tracking number when available by logging into your Gotham City Online My Account page if you created a password during checkout on our website.
If you choose not to create a password, you can still get your tracking number on the My Account page! Just click the same link above (or the My Account link in the upper right corner of any page of our website) and enter your order number or item number and shipping zip code there instead of logging in with your email address and password.
Orders ship within approximately 1-3 business days from the date we receive your payment. You will receive an email once your payment has been processed and another email when your order is shipped with any available tracking information. |

Q: Can you mark my international shipment as a gift?
A: By law, we are required to declare the value of the goods that have been sold. It is therefore NOT possible for us to change those values for the purposes of avoiding duties or taxes. Fortunately we do offer our customers great saving on popular brands.

Q: Where can you ship items to?
A: We ship items worldwide! One reason for our success is our willingness to get your package anywhere in the world. From Argentina to Venezuela, if you can find us - we will ship to you. We ship to the following locations: APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Post Office Boxes, and rural areas. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail, all other international addresses ship via USPS Parcel Post.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: We are glad to accept returns of any unworn/unused items for up to 90 days; up to 30 days for a cash refund back to your original method of payment and up to 90 days for a merchandise credit to your Gotham City Online account. If you did not receive a paper Return Form in the box with your shoes, please Click Here to complete a Return Form online.
For multiple returns, please complete the online Return Form once for EACH item before shipping. If you would like an exchange for a different size, color, or style you may select Merchandise Credit as your refund type. Then, when your return is received, we will create a merchandise credit on your account valid towards anything we sell for 1 year. |

Q: Where can I find my stock number?
A: The Gotham City Online Stock Number is a 6-digit number that identifies your individual item. It is located on a small, computer printed white label on the bottom of the shoes we sell and can also be found on the outside of the shoe box or merchandise box (not the shipping box). Please use that number to identify your item when requesting a return. |

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: We try to keep our prices as low as possible and offer free package tracking and insurance for your protection. We do ask that all customers pay to return items to us, but you may use any shipping carrier you prefer for your convenience.
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item because the item you received is different than our online description, we will be happy to refund all your shipping and return shipping costs (up to the original amount paid) upon inspection of that item.

A: At this time we are not able to offer even exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we suggest that you purchase the new item if you see it is available as our items do sell very quickly and we have very limited inventory in most items.
Or, when completing your Return Form, you can instead select to have your refund issued as a Merchandise Credit. Then, when your return is received, we will create a merchandise credit on your account valid towards anything we sell and good for 1 year.
