

Fill out the Request A Return form and let us know the reason you wish to return your purchase. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you avoid the need to return your merchandise. We want you to be happy.

Once you submit your return form, you will receive a Gotham City Online "Return Merchandise Authorization" email. Please include a printed copy of this email with your repackaged item. If you are unable to include a copy, please clearly print you name, email address, mailing address, Return Merchandise Authorization and stock number/item number so your return can be processed.

Please be sure to pack things as carefully as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a refund will be issued. Returned items should not show signs of wear and should include all boxes and packaging. Please note - a $5 reboxing fee will be deducted from all returns with missing, damaged or defaced Merchandise Boxes.*

Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that you track and insure all returns to prevent lost packages. Gotham City Online is not responsible for lost returned packages.

Once we receive your return, it must pass an inspection before any credits can be issued. Once approved, a cash or credit refund will be issued and an email notification will be sent to you. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days.
(back to form) Gotham City Online Stock Numbers are small, computer printed white labels that identify your individual item. They have a barcode with a number printed below. Please use that number to identify your item when requesting a return.
* Most Gotham City Online shipments come with at least 2 boxes - an outer Shipping Box (with the mailing label on it), and an inner Merchandise Box (like a shoe or clothing box) that contains your neatly packaged item - usually inside tissue paper. We kindly request that when you return your item, you use an appropriate Shipping Box. The Merchandise Box must be returned in its original condition and is not a suitable box for shipping on its own.

- If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us, we'd like to help.
- Returns of all UNWORN shoes are accepted for 90 days from receipt - excluding any final sale items or wholesale purchases. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
- Please note that returned jewelry and packaging must be in new condition. Worn or tarnished jewelery items cannot be returned. In the unusual event an item received is defective or damaged it must be returned within 30 days for a replacement.
- Gotham City Online warranties against manufacturers defects on all unworn shoes. Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface before wearing them in the event you wish to return them. We only sell new shoes and shoes that show signs of wear may not be returned for any reason.
- Customers may choose a cash refund or merchandise credit for all valid returns.
- The partial return of an order in which a coupon was used may invalidate the coupon in which case additional monies will be due and/or deducted from the refund.
- All returned items should be carefully packed in suitable shipping boxes. Note that a $5 fee will be charged for shoes where the original shoe box is damaged or defaced. Please note that all unauthorized returns are subject to a $9.95 processing fee and a return shipping charge.
- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If your return is the result of an error by Gotham City Online, your refund may include a shipping refund - up to original item shipping amount.
- The returns form must be completed for ALL items you wish to return.
- Please track and insure all returned packages. Gotham City Online is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- Merchandise credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
- Most cash refunds are refunded in the form of original payment. Cash refunds and shipping reimbursements will not be issued for returns received after 30 days of purchase or returns without a valid RMA number. After 30 days, all returns are eligible for our 90 day returns for merchandise credit.
- If you leave us negative feedback on a chat board or third party site before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue a refund.
